Our Act! Consultant Support options include On site (additional travel charges apply), Off site and Phone Support.  Xact hourly rate for Act! Consultant Support is $185+ GST with a minimum charge of $50 per incident (billed in 15 minute increments).

For Act! to perform to its best it needs your computer system and network to be in a well maintained condition.  Act! has minimum system requirements which we can supply to you on your request.  Please ensure before engaging us for work that your computer and network systems are in a good working condition.   The best use of our time is working with Act!

Your computers and network should be installed and maintained by a professional IT person.  If networks are not of a good standard Xact Software Solutions takes no responsibility for delays or inability of the software to function due to computer hardware and systems issues.  

We work most efficiently when all requested user credentials and passwords are supplied so as to avoid delays.
